Vanila Milkshake
Vanilla milkshakes are the quintessential summer treat. I look forward to it every summer…not that I can’t have one during winter, but it just hits different on a hot summer day!
You’ve probably had more shakes than you can count, but have you ever had a REALLY good milkshake? Most of the ones I’ve had were good, but never as good as homemade. And there isn’t really any mysterious secret to it, just really good ingredients.
This easy vanilla milkshake requires three simple ingredients: good vanilla ice cream, milk, and pure vanilla extract. And one simple step: blend everything!

Mango Juices
Then it’s all about blending! The consistency should be like a thick-ish, smooth puree.
Here’s a quick trick to check for consistency: if the the mixture moves freely in the blender and is not too liquid-y, it should be fine. To be honest, I’d recommend just winging it. If it looks too thick and it’s stuck in the blender, add more juice. If you think it needs more creaminess, add more coconut milk. If it isn’t sweet enough, just add more honey.

Apple Juice
Apples are a good example of fruit that has caught the attention of researchers for several reasons. Besides being very accessible, versatile, and inexpensive, apples have a high nutritional value and contain a wide variety of bioactive components, making them a fruit of interest. Although apple consumption has been associated with several positive health outcomes, fewer reports have documented whether apples consumed in different forms, like apple juice, pomace, cider, vinegar, and others, exert the same beneficial effects as whole fruits.
